- Schedule A: Voluntary and Community groups, Community Buildings and Charities
- Schedule B: Public Sector Authorities, Educational establishments (not covered by Schedule A), Local and other Statutory Authorities
- Schedule C: Private Sector including NGOs, Professional Associations and Individuals
